Shipping Information

We're excited to get your Utopia finds to you quickly and affordably! We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all orders, no matter how much you purchase. Whether you're ordering one special piece or filling your wardrobe with multiple items, shipping is always just $5.

Delivery Time: Your order will arrive in 4-7 business days from the time it ships. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has shipped so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

Shipping Areas: We currently ship throughout the United States. If you have questions about shipping to your specific location, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. This allows you to monitor your package and know exactly when to expect your new Utopia pieces.

Return Timeline

All returns must be received within 10 DAYS of the delivery date (10 days from the day you receive your order). You can return in-store or return via mail. We do not cover return costs.

Return Requirements

For items to be eligible for IN-STORE CREDIT, they must be:

• Unwashed and unworn
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains
• In original condition with tags attached

Important Restrictions

• Sale Items: Items sold on sale are NOT returnable or exchangeable. Sale items are final sale - NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Shipping Costs: Shipping is non-refundable unless we made a mistake on our end
• Return Authorization: We reserve the right to deny store credit if merchandise is returned damaged or appears to have been worn

Return Processing

• Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once we receive it
• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been received and store credit has been issued
• Store Credit Usage: Store credit may be used on our website and in both store locations
